This hotel was perfect place for exploring Pooley Bridge, thoroughly enjoyed it. The staffs were knowledgeable & exceptional. I had breakfast in the restaurant and everything was exceptional. I had an enjoyable stay and would come here again, thank you.

I came here for 2 nights and had an excellent stay. The rooms were fashionable and spotlessly clean, equipped with iron and ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk. The location was stunning, extremely close to St Pauls Church.

Superb stay, we had all essentials. The property was fairly clean and ideal, had fab food and staff. The property was set in a domestic area. It was also merely 1 km from ullswater 'steamers'.

Incredible location of the hotel, free parking, beds were comfy. Being just walking distance from Granny Dowbekin's was nice, we had dinner there. Really enjoyed the comfort double room and the way it was setup.

Appetising food and loyal staff. Very great hotel, so close to the downtown, a 5 minutes' walk. We would return there, if travelling to Pooley Bridge.
